Cassie Green survived the second Wizarding war but not without any complications.
Cassie is about to start her second year as a Potions professor at Hogwarts when a new Herbology professor shows up. The two are drawn to each other like magnets from the very start. But Cassie goes to the Shrieking Shed every month to transform into a being she hates more than anything in the world. Though the Wolfsbane potion keeps her from giving in to the wolf's needs, she still feels like a monster undeserving of anything good in the world.
Will she be able to accept herself again? Will she be able to let herself fall again? Will Neville be able to show her that she is still worthy of love?
