A man is killed in the middle of a desert in Rajasthan, India and is chanced upon by a group of tourists out on a desert safari. They panic and disperse without informing the police. Rohan Kapoor, a NIA agent and his team are tasked with tracking down these tourists, who were witnesses to this death on the dunes. The man killed is believed to an NIA agent who went rogue and is now an ISI spy, carrying crucial data when a crack team killed him. The data was nowhere to be found on him. Since the data is extremely critical to national security, the Indian authorities are anxious to identify the witnesses covertly. Unfortunately, there are zero leads to even begin the manhunt. The ruses the team employs to unearth the witnesses are occasionally really ingenious and sometimes truly quirky. As each layer is uncovered the plot only gets murkier, with the team getting entangled in an intricate web of deceit. In this twisted world of counter espionage, it's only a matter of time before the predators become the prey.
