I hear a constant beep, and I groan as i look around wondering where I am. Two men rush towards me. They had looks of worry and relief on thier faces. I try to place how I know them, but cant. Then it all comes flashing back.

I awaken in the middle of the night. Laying in my bed, I look around the attic. Dusty and dirty as usually, but now wet because of the storm. Drops of falling water were heard around the room. Other than the constant sound of thunder, and pouring rain.

I squeezed my eyes shut waiting for pain but nothing happen. He froze smelling me. He pulled away with his eyes wide. He looked my over in shock and I looked at him confused. What was going on? "It's you" he stated. "You're the one"

I knew he loved me, I could see it in his eyes - shining, glimmering. I couldn't understand why he wasn't there for me when I needed him so bad. We both did. I could only pray that he would stay.
