In the daylight, sun shines bright, as different birds are flying and singing on the beautiful blue sky. But in the night time, furious engines can be heard from time to time, as they accelerate around the city. That's why people call it "The city where rebels don't sleep" which wasn't completely true.... Some rebels don't have a driver license, so they just stick around the corners, or just stay home and hope for the best.
But everything starts getting a little messed up since Dream, "the king of street racing", comes along in this city
And that's not all. Some specific person starts catching every driver's eye...but only one is going to have them. Who would be?

So in this AU everybody has some sort of power and a power source! Dream's mask gives him strength but he loses a bit of sanity. After he stops he gets weakness George's glasses (he has to be wearing them on his eyes) let's him see some of the future but it's limited. After he's done he has a headache. Pain depends on how long he goes into the future Sapnap's headband gives him speed 2 but he can't control how long it is. After 2 minutes he gets slowness 2. Bad's hood gives him flight but he can't go that fast. After he's done he can only jump a slab. So the 4 are just playing a casual manhunt with no powers as Dream stated in the rules.
