Kim Taehyung is convinced that guardian angels don't exist, and if they do, he doesn't have one. Instead of white feathers, he finds black ones; while others are saved from death by their angels, those who have hurt him are hurt too.
Angels aren't supposed to be petty, right? And they all have white wings, not black ones.

Taehyung is a vocal student, just one big exam away from graduating. When a fellow singer-songwriter-in-training brings up the topic of guardian angels, claiming he has one, Taehyung turns down the idea, thinking that angels wouldn't help people who aren't actively religious.

As his deadline for a self-produced song draws nearer, Taehyung searches for inspiration. In the process, he meets Jimin. Taehyung is strangely drawn to this vocal student whom he's never noticed before with a vaguely familiar voice.

Y/N, a simple woman, joins the deadly games to pay off debts after her mother's death. Young-Il, a heartless soul, controls the games, watching everything from afar while sipping on his glass of whisky.
