It starts with Alexandra Trese who works with Detective Guerrero, a supernatural investigator and daughter of Captain Beau Guerrero. She's not a babaylan by blood but she's interested with those things along with her father, Captain Guerrero.

She met Trese and the twins on her first crime investigation. Basilio's interested to Detective Guerrero so he tried his best to give everything she wants and needs. Basilio gave her a charmed necklace which makes her psychic abilities gets stronger and active. Detective Guerrero can predict upcoming deaths and can distinguish how will they die.
