One disease. Originated from the thorns of a plant by the name Phantom Mist, just the slightest touch is enough to give any person the contagious disease. 8 countries now have to find the culprit, whom they have understood, is one among them. The thorns are being harvested and put into random food, to spread it all over the 8 countries. The disease causes hallucinations. It makes the one infected believe that a loved one they had lost has come back to life. But in reality, they would be assuming one of their own family members to be them. If the person infected is allowed near the one they presume as their loved one, once the effect of the thorn's poison increases, they are likely to lose their ability to think straight. In other words, they turn into a maniac. Once the disease reaches its full potential, the infected person is likely to kill both, the person they presumed as their loved one and themselves. But if the infected person is isolated, the effects of the disease will accelerate quite quickly and only that person will die. If the 8 countries don't find the culprit soon, they must be prepared to sacrifice more blood in their names.

Trigger warning - Severely sensitive topics. Around 25 years ago, an unknown virus plagued the Earth- targeting none other than the cells responsible for constructing one's genetic code. Humans, animals, plants- any living matter that comes in contact with it quickly faces its immense mutational power, sparking nothing but unruly destruction. This living nightmare demanded more than a simple adaptation, it forced a complete overhaul on daily life. Yet, despite humanity's best efforts to adapt to this new system- cities plummeted to the ground, nations were obliterated in chaotic arrays of fire, countries infected by the scourge of madness brought about by meaningless war. Humanity was driven to the brink of extinction. In a desperate attempt to survive these conditions, humanity came up with something to protect them. Colonies. A radius considered a "Safe Zone", as it incapacitates any infected attempting to breach its perimeter. Its the perfect environment to rebuild what's left of society. On the flip-side, the infected create nests of their own, producing genetic amalgams beyond human comprehension, and attracting many others of their kind. It is assumed that their sole objective is to propagate. Consume. These are called "Contamination Zones", and their increased numbers have caused dozens of Colonies, and outposts alike, to suffer breaches and irreversible changes all over the continent. The infected are ruthlessly growing stronger. Rhys, the Warden of Zamaton Colony, has taken measures to prevent the catastrophic events from ever reaching their quiet life, where Kayden Moss, the survivalist in question, has lived for the past 3 years. If all goes well, they'll avoid these breaches, Or so it seems...
