this story will revolve around deku from a slightly different outlook, instead of quirkless he will have a relatively useless quirk for combat which basically will stop bakugo from really affecting deku with his quirk and granting him a more rescue-oriented power which would make him receive bullying for his incapability in combat.All Rights Reserved
