Jealousy

Jealousy is a very prevalent thing in a relationship, and it can start as a small thing, little things would set you off. It then turns into outright extreme jealousy to where you don't realize when you are being sensitive or unkind, because you're trapped in your thoughts and you feel justified to how you feel, no matter if people say you're being a certain way or that you have to adapt to different situations or surroundings, it's very difficult often times to come out of that. This book is very heartfelt and it will be revealing major insecurities, and some emotional heartbreak, my goal is to reach anyone who feels alone or mentally unstable. So this is jealousy:)
