Before quirks, there were monsters. They were called many names such as Monsters, Kaiju, and even Titans. But one thing was for sure, they were everywhere, and were just as complex as humans. But one day, they disappeared without a trace. Now each of these Kaiju search the modern world for successors to their powers.
Izuku Midoriya was a young boy living in Musutafu, Japan. His dreams of being being a hero seem impossible due to his quirkless status. But thanks to a curtain King, That might change.

Around 1995, Godzilla the King of the Monsters was during near his meltdown when he stand his final battle against Destoroyah. Godzilla defeated Destoroyah but however he soon went to critical meltdown then after he died from his meltdown and the king of the monsters was gone forever. But after Godzilla died his radiation started surrounding in Tokyo, which it accidentally caught by a stranded bystander that was heavily exposed. Surprisingly the civilian survived from the radiation but however when a baby was born something change him like he possesses abilities that similair to Godzilla himself, but some they say that Godzilla spirit and his DNA somehow merged within him, Their was a boy who was born with unusually "quirk", in which had something much more powerful than that. he had the strength and unmitigated raw power one of the strongest monsters in history, his name was Raijin Saegusa.Complete

Izuku was a normal boy but one day when Bakugo took things to far he ended up in a coma, while he was in the coma he sees two monster battling, one was a hydra looking creature with two wings, the other reminded him of a giant dinosaur, he watch as the giant dinosaur looking creature send a blue beam at the hydra cutting the left head off, it then switch to the dinosaur fighting a robot version of it, inside the robot was a giant skull of the left head from the hydra, Izuku went over a touched it before memories came flooding back, now he remember who he was, he was SAN the left head of King Ghidorah, the kaiju that destroys planets and this planet are going to feel his RAGE...
