After a horrific freak accident that rendered Sarai's body into a permanent state of immobility and agony, a mysterious robotics research group offers her a chance at a new life. After arriving at their facility, the lead researcher explains what they will do to give her a chance to live without pain, suffering, and needing constant assistance. Transfer her conscious into a giant robot, that happens to be of Cybertronian origin. Little does Sarai and the research team realize, the body that SilverFrost chooses is the lifeless husk of an animal-based Cybertronian. A few years after the event that changed her life, and years of wandering in woods, SilverFrost catches wind of a city on an island that has rescue robots that are similar to her. She makes her way there, but on what was supposed to be a calm ride on a ferry, quickly turned into a living nightmare, but ends with her being pulled out of stormy waters by her future lover.
