Woman Reported Missing
Crescent, Aug. 23, ---Luisa M. Abban, a local college student, has been missing for two weeks, and her mother and sister, who reside in Bladensburg, suspect foul play. Luisa was supposed to pick up her sister from school but never showed up. There were signs of a struggle at their home and all her belongings were left behind. Ms. Abban is 20 years old and is a sophomore at the University of Birkelle. She is a dark-skinned African- American female, 5'9", and has shoulder length black hair. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, denim shorts, and white sneakers. Her family is offering up a $800,000 award for any information that leads to her safe return.
