Trial and Tribulations

Kara is a high school aged girl with her whole life ahead of her, but living just above the poverty line in a town where everyone knows everyone proves it hard to escape the never ending cycles that surround her life and friends lives. This is a coming of age story with a real life grit to it. It focuses on the drug abuse and poverty issues surrounding a small county in Pennsylvania and how it affects the young adults trying to make their way out of it.
