Ever since she witness her parents get murdered from a home invasion 6 months ago she made a promise to protect him with her life. Now she is working as a waitress at a restaurant called ' ll ristorante elegante' and at a small cafe to help support her and her brother.
Lucas Woods is the leader of the American Mafia. He is the second most feared mafia leader right after Alexander Russo. He is 22 years old and stopped believing in love after he witnessed his father shoot his mother in the heart. His mother and sister was the only people he cared for and after his mom death he built up walls and became the heartless and ruthless leader he is now.
One night on her night shift, Lucas walked in for a business meeting. Once he saw her he had this feeling that he never had before and new right then and there that he wanted her and maybe, just maybe that he will believe in love again with her to help him.
She hadn't noticed him yet while he walked in through the restaurant doors but once they make eye contact while she was taking their orders she felt something. But she didn't let it effect her knowing she didn't have time to mess around and only to take care of her little brother.
