What if Harry Potter, the Boy Who Lived, wasn't raised by the Dursley family but by the nations of England and France?
Harry Potter, tired of the relentless abuse by his "family", decides to risk it all and finds a way to escape his abusive household. He didn't know what to expect, but it certainly wasn't this. Harry had managed to find himself in the care of Arthur Kirkland and Francis Bonnefoy. He soon considers the two and their fellow nations as his very own family, a family that would finally treat him as if he was one of their own.
Meanwhile, the Wizarding world panics as the Boy Who Lived disappears without a trace. Assuming he had been taken out in an act of vengeance for the downfall of the Dark Lord by a rogue Death Eater, no one expected him to show up at Hogwarts. They certainly wouldn't have expected him to live comfortably amongst immortal Nations, ones that were only considered a myth.

After making his plan of escape, He ran, as far as his legs could, Harry took the time-turner and his belongings and just... ran, far enough from everyone. Tom Riddle, a Half-blood Parselmouth entering his first year in Hogwarts filled with curiosity and wonder, but most of all hatred for everyone.
