Electricity-Glitch(KamiDeku Or Izukami Switches)

So in this AU Bakugo and izuku are brothers. Same dad different mom's.but there mom's go together so basically mitsuinko. Dekus got bullied in elementary and middle school bc he was skinny and he always played his game and they thought he was quirk less when he really had a quirk . His quirk is basically glitch. He can tap his head with his fingers saying glitch to activate his quirk.
Wen he glitches he has to activate powers from games that he has played. he has to know the game tittle and the power he wants to get from the gam. But he can copy other peoples quirks he just has to know there first and last name. And he has to think of the game and the thing he wants to steal from the game or the name of the person and the quirk he wants to copy. This AU is kamideku Oh I forgot to say izukus left eye is white bc he's blind out of it he was just born that way and he had a scar there From the torture. He's mute but he can talk.(Fluff angst no smut)
