There is a little difference between love and obsession.
With love, you want your loved-one to be happy, even at the price of your own happiness. Their well being is your top priority, and you care for them deeply.
With obsession, you don't care whether your loved-one happy or not, as long as they are with you. You force them into things they aren't comfortable with, and you punish them whenever they resist.
However, this kitty can't seem to tell the difference.
