Barry is tested when someone close to him goes missing in a bizarre and unexplainable set of events that seem to complex to be just a coincidence. Can Barry solve the riddle in time or will he just come up short of second place, and lose more than just a footrace.
this story is based on the 2014 flash tv show and is also the second book in the Scarlet City series.
