Lyric's late teenage years, and early twenties weren't what they should have been. Things happened. Things she wishes she could forget about. She copes with her problems by partying, drinking, smoking and everything else she can think of to keep her heart from hurting and keeping it safe. However, coping in this way gets her into trouble... a lot of trouble. A shift happens when Lyric meets Zion. He's determined to make Lyric see love in a different light. Lyric, set in her ways, don't make it easy for him. Lyric has demons just like everyone else, with her bestfriends Mackenzie and Bria by her side, can they help her get on the right path? Or will the help of a sudden love be the motivation she needs to just get right.
