It's the Roaring Twenties. Prohibition may be enacted, but liquor runs like waterfalls in illegal speakeasies, where vivacious young flappers are all doing the Charleston (and other bad things). The country is effectively run by gangsters like the notorious Al Capone, who run the alcohol trade (among other things). The economy is the best it's ever been and (almost) everyone is doing wonderfully. But 17 year-old Snow has never heard of the Charleston, or flappers for that matter. No, her stepmother keeps her in the house at all times, doing chores and staying hidden. But one day, she has enough. Packing up only what she can carry, Snow heads for the city. But what will await her there? And what is her stepmother plotting with that man Mr.Mangreta?
This is my first story so I'm just kinda playing around with it :) we'll see how it goes. Thanks for checking it out!!

Personified US States and Federal District
So this was an idea I've had for a while now concerning the capital and states. I started out with Alaska, then moved to New York and it just snow balled from there. This book will start with Delaware, end with Hawaii and will put D.C. in middle with the rest of states from the 1700s. And if anybody wants to create fan art for them feel free to do it and if you want your art displayed here, I'll make a separate book just for the art. Please be mindful of the fact that these are my ideas on how they all look and act. Before anybody gets on me about Pennsylvania, I've read other stories where Penn is albino and can switch from acting like Prussia to Austria and back again with either a trigger word or song. I've done it so that even though Penn mainly acts like Austria, he will switch to Prussia if AND only when the family is being seriously threatened. The only countries who know about the capital and the states are as follows: 1. Russia, Ukraine, Belarus- reason is because of the purchase of Alaska back in 1867 and that New York decided to follow his grandma to meet this new potential sibling 2. Lithuania- we all know that he lived with Alfred for a time, so he one day literally ran into Alaska and from there meet the 50 of Alfred's children 3. Prussia- two words people VALLEY FORGE, it was not a good winter that year at all 4. Canada and Mexico- Mexico knew already because the states along the southern border are hers (yes, here Mexico is a girl named Esperanza) and Canada found out shortly after the war of 1812 Hope you all enjoy reading the book and as a pre warning, all and any flames will be used to roast marshmallows on bayonets (don't tell Gilbert about that last part) over backyard fire pits.Complete

I am a Rebel, they say. They're right. It all started when I was a young girl, my parents died in a fire, started by the King of our land. I was only 6 years of age, and I was left with a burn tracing up my arm and onto my collarbone. I was taken in by a woman I called 'Stepmother'. The King's actions caused my life, he's caused so much death. At least half the village has suffered because of him. I now fight against the King, and his daughter, I'm now a leader. There are so many others whom he has wronged. We used to be small group, but now we've grown in numbers. Millicent (though we call her Maleficent on accident) the Dragon Sorceress, Peter Pan the boy who can fly, Killian Hook the Pirate, Red Riding Hood the Wolf Slayer and Animal Tamer, Hansel and Gretel the Witch Hunters, Rumplestiltskin the Wizard, Blue the Fairy, Maethranal the Elven Queen, Jack the Giant Killer, Gothel the Witch, Merida the Archer, and Banshee, are the original people in our group who aren't dead. Gothel was being hunted by Hansel and Gretel at the time I met all three of them. Merida was adopted by Maethranal and trained as an Elven archer. Blue and Banshee are related by blood. Peter and Killian were enemies, but then banded together to stop Rumpelstiltskin, who later agreed to work with me. I love them like family, especially since my seven friends were killed. I miss them so much. They were my first friends, and helped me start this... rebel group. My husband contributed just as much as they did, and had the same fate. Eight people dead in one tiny little raid. I killed my stepmother, and use her riches to buy weapons for us all. We now hide in an abandoned castle in the middle of the dark forest, called 'The Red Tower', and is shrouded in fog and mist. The Lawyer's Fairy Tale
Sofia Orsini always adored the stories her mother used to tell her. Fairy tales about princesses, princes and the knight in shining armour that would swoop in save the day slaying the villain. She dreamed of the day her prince would come in and save her from her life of loneliness. Growing up in a poor neighbourhood outside of Venice Italy, both of Sofia's parents worked around the clock to give her the life she deserved. As she grew up she slowly learned that no prince was coming to save her, and she had to save herself. Using everything she had she boarded a plane and landed in NYC to pursue her passion career. A career where she could help, be respected and frankly make a fuck ton of money - lawyer. But going to law school has a high price tag, so when her tuition bill comes due and she's short, she preservers. Putting herself up for a date at an auction, she never expected to meet her knight in shining armour. Let alone for it to be her arrogant, workaholic, 6'4 hot Italian boss. Will this be the fairy tale ending Sofia has been longing for or just another frog she has to kiss until she finds her prince?Complete
