The world is falling into war, the deepest of it at the heart of Oatance Shire, the center of the World, Arcoianx. This World is inhabited by demons, goblins, dragons, selkies, sirens, elves, and many more creatures, some half-born. Stealing territory and brawling over every tree, the World falls into disaster. Only one of them is pure human, who has been granted the powers of Time and Control.
