Witches are said to be creatures of malice, created by ancient beings of darkness. Their sole purpose is said to be wreaking havoc on the world. Luring humans into their traps with false promises and mirages, dazzling them with the magic gifted to them by the devil. They were wiped out, and the few that escaped are burned. The first Emporer and his descendants are hailed as heroes who purged the world of this evil. That's the story I always grew up hearing but Is that really all there is to witches?
If I made a different choice then... if I had never looked into that star-studded sky, would things be different? A witch isn't considered a person so I have no right to remorse. but I never thought I'd have to face my past again. I suppose the damned can never rest in peace.
