"But you are human, Nix." His expression was pitifully soft when he looked at her, and it was insulting, "That's okay, too, you know."

Agent Nixati Novikov was bred for nothing but violence. As World War One comes and goes, Russia's immense loss leaves a massive impact on the country as a whole. Under the watchful eye of the Soviet government, a particular child was born and trained for skilled combat. 

Now that World War Two has been waged, Soviet Russia won't make the same mistake again. Nazi forces are closing in on the Allied Powers on the eastern front. As a last result, Nixati, along with other soldiers bred similarly to her, are thrown in with the lot of the Russian battalion to advise, supervise, and fight.
