The Hearts that dominate weapon export, trade and use, known for their impeccable reputation for the weapons they produce. The Clubs command the largest narcotic trades throughout the world, most of the narcotics that are given out have been passed through The Clubs before they reach anyone else. The Diamonds own large scale casinos that generate mass wealth amongst the operations, rumour has it that precious jewels are exchanged in return for a chance at just a slot machine at these casinos. Now at the head of all of these are the Jokers. These are the two most powerful men world who approve all of the trade deals that these "businesses" generate and create. Leo Santiago the King Joker of this multi-billion under ground markets is a man that is feared by everyone and respected by all. He's demanding, rude and arrogant. His second Joker, Chase Hayes known to all as a calculative, shrewd and discerning. Together they have maintained the House of Cards reputation for the past 2 years.
