Why? That seemed to be a question you've been asking yourself a lot lately. Growing up in the underground was tough. You needed to fight for survival, food, money, and even-your freedom. Danny, you're despicable "father", had you stealing from him any chance he got. He was slick and manipulative. Having to steal valuables for him all while taking care of two kids, Kai and Mary, was really hard. The responsibility you held was weighing down on you, making you think more about them and less about you. You didn't mind though. Anything to stay away from the sinful place you call home. After a while of putting up with Danny though, you had you're last straw ripped away when he hurt you're beloved Mary. You ran away to start a new life, taking Mary with you. You become known as "Shade", a mysterious cloaked criminal known for your stealth and strength. You took pride in your reputation, and the best part was, nobody knew anything about you. From your face down to you're gender, it was all concealed. It was all cloaked. But all this changed once they found you. They took you in, capturing you to mold you into a soldier fighting for the survey corps. You despised the survey corps at first. After all, they stole you from your home. Took you away from the people you loved. They ruined your life, right? But... did they? You're stubbornness and skill capture the attention of a certain short black haired male. Corporal Levi was humanities strongest though, he couldn't like you, could he? He couldn't... At first it seemed strange but pleasant to finally get noticed, but soon you realized, nothing good came from the Corporal. In fact, your life seemed to turn into a living Dystopia. A Face Made For Daylight
I've always had a deep love for writing, even when I was still finding my voice. This piece is a reflection of that early stage. It's purposely raw, imperfect, and, at times, unpolished. But the story is, in my humble opinion, the most beautiful narrative I've ever written. I'm fully aware of the grammatical missteps, the amateur structure, and the inconsistent formatting, but what it may lack in "perfect writing", I honestly believe it makes up for in heart. This was my first attempt at writing a novel, created during the stillness of the COVID lockdowns, a time when I was able to fully immerse myself in a story I deeply researched and completely lost myself in. It became less about perfection and more about the act of storytelling itself. I've grown as a writer since then, something that's more evident in my articles. Still, I've chosen to leave this piece as it is, unaltered and imperfect. The story is what matters, the narrative. New Girl
Hey. So recently I got really obssessed to Orange is the New Black. So obssessed that I decided to write this fan fiction. It is basically going to be the characters from Orange is the New Black (mainly Piper, Alex, and Nicky), except they are going to be in a high school setting. Piper is the new kid at her high school, and the first people she runs into (literally) are Alex and Nicky. In this fan fiction, how the three girls come to be good friends (and in Alex and Piper's case more than friends) will be the main focus. Plot twists are sure to happen, and of course, antagonists (aka Larry) are bound to show up. Just letting you know, one or two chapters will be uploaded every few days.
