The city of Ikebukuro is thriving with activities from every individual going around it. Some may stumble the rumored "Black Rider" or a scene caused by Shizuo Heiwajima and Izaya Orihara. This city in Japan has so many interesting that it stroke the interest of two individuals. This story focuses around  local info gatherer Denjiro Karakuro who has recently moved to this city with his boss Ai Samuyuki.
