After being charged at 17 for murder Aiden Hineland is hospitalized at Owen Reynolds Mental Rehabilitation Hospital. During the time of his treatment, people start to disappear and a strange phenomenon occurs, the Hollows. A smoky creature with great agility and incredible speed. People are in danger of these growing monsters.
As the world falls into chaos Aiden finds himself out of the hospital and in ride or die situations. He tears groups apart, meet new people, and finds the reason behind the Hollows appearance. The only hope of stopping these monsters is in the hands of a murderer.
