In the past, when the Seven Deadly Sins were framed by the kingdom, a great holy war was fought out. However, the Sins weren't the only ones accused falsely of crimes. 

Many years ago, emerged the legend of the War Beast, a living being who was once apart of the Seven Deadly Sins but changed by the will of the gods yet soon disappeared right after that fate as the rumours were told. After the bloodshed, the sins dispersed and went into hiding. 

A few years later Princess Elizabeth seeks out to find the hiding sins after the sudden fall of Liones and the shocking corruption of the holy knights. But little did the princess know, far away, someone awoke from their slumber and is thrilled for a family reunion.
