Quick FYI, this story is set after the original Ben 10 series but before Alien Force by a little, before Ben tried to have a talk about if he should put the Omnitrix on or not with Gwen.

The gang is driving through a desert in Roswell, New Mexico when a sandstorm forces Ben to make a wrong turn onto government property. Soon after, a UFO causes Ben to crash the Mystery Machine and blow its radiator, and the gang finds themselves on the outskirts of a small town.
