PMD - Cost of time

This is the story of a lonely blastoise, who decided to mostly cut himself off from any other pokemon, as he lost so many friends over his life that he couldn't handle it anymore, and was done with any kind of personal connection alltogether. But when he's asked to join a rescue team, he considers going against his decision, despite knowing full well that once his time in the team ends, he would return to the grief he'd been trying to avoid so much.
