Anthea looked across at the wall, clutching at her stomach and curling her leg underneath herself. The pain was sharp and ever so present. She knew that work would be particularly difficult in the morning, and yet she couldn't bring herself to move and relieve herself of the pain. So she stayed. And survived. This is her story.
