After the last meetup, Dream prepares to sink back into his normal life. However, it doesn't seem like that's going to happen.
George comes down with an illness that scares his friends badly enough to bring him to Britian. Before he even boards the plane, he meets Foolish in an airport and the two leave together. Wilbur, in the hassle of trying to help George, develops problems of his own.
