America is a cunning bastard who is the head of the student council. He gets into a dispute putting Russia and his comrades in a tight situation involving blackmail. Russia, a sly massacring bounty hunter, believes the most easiest and quickest way to silence him for good is to "take him out". Ironically, Russia accidentally convinces America that he has a crush on him. He ends up taking him out on a date in an attempt to murder him. However, this easy and quick solution of Russia's doesn't go as planned.

Part I - Dystopia Dystopia(noun) - an imagined state or society in which there is great suffering or injustice, typically one that is totalitarian or post-apocalyptic. When young Russia learned that word, he laughed. Wasn't that the way things were all the time?
