It's 2023, City 17 is on the brink of collapse as mass resistance spreads throughout the city following the destruction of the Nova Prospekt Prison Complex. Rebels, Ant lions, Zombies, and traitors are all threats to those that serve the Universal Union. Or as most would know it; The Combine. The Combine has all but lost control of City 17 with the death of The Earth Administrator, Wallace Breen, and the Citadel set to explode on any given moment. Despite this, scattered Protection Teams and Overwatch squadrons still attempt to hold districts and checkpoints. The battle is all but lost for them, yet they still fight.All Rights Reserved
