Even before the Great Evolution which gave way to the advent of the superhuman society, magic has long existed in the Philippines, making it one of the homes of ancient magic.

Back then, normal people and those who were blessed with the ability to use magic lived together freely and harmoniously. They were a rarity respected by normal people because of their supernatural abilities. However, when the Spaniards came to colonize the country, they branded the weavers of arcane magic as witches, monsters, and demons.

Disasters, famines, and other natural calamities were blamed on the magical, creating fear and hatred in the hearts of the normals. The former were forced into hiding to escape the cruelty of people who had been blinded by false beliefs. As a result, many people who used magic were mercilessly killed until they were almost extinct. By the turn of the 20th century, resulting to the decline of magical progress in the country.

Many believe that the age of witches and sorcerers ended in a bitter and complex tragedy, but unbeknownst to the majority, even the modern world still holds the dark secrets of the past.

A bloody and dark moment in the history of the two strongest clans of witches and sorcerers ensued in the distant past-the war of ancient magic.

And this war will soon be repeated in the present where the formerly-dubbed witches and sorcerers are now known as Weirdos.

The two clans will return and pursue different aspirations in the present; one will destroy and the other will hinder. By the time this happens, a simple and ordinary young man will become the Host of a cursed, dark, and forbidden magic that has long been the root of all chaos.

Will he be the bringer of destruction and death, or will he end the long period of conflict between the two clans?
