Since he was 8 years old, Dick Grayson has moved from foster home to foster home throughout Gotham. Now 16, Dick is living in an abusive household with foster parents that hate him. After receiving a scholarship for Gotham Academy and starting his junior year at a new school, his home life is getting worse and worse. Dick's foster parents are furious after discovering that he sneaks out every night without their permission. What they don't know is that he's actually out fighting crime alongside Batman, previously as Robin and now as Nightwing. And what Batman doesn't know is Nightwing's secret identity whatsoever. Ever since the pair started working together, they had an agreement that they didn't need to know each other's identity. So Batman believes that Nightwing is a normal kid with a normal life and a normal family. But that all changes one day when his sidekick starts coming to 'work' with visible bruises and flinching at everything that he does. Has he always done that and did Bruce just not notice until now? Or is something really bad going on here? What would Bruce do if he did find out about Nightwing's home life? **WARNING**: ABUSE, PANIC ATTACKS, EATING DISORDER.All Rights Reserved
