Myles father, whom Myles called 'Daddy', passed away when he was 7. From then on his life turned into a living hell.
Everyday he texts his deceased father's old phone number. One unfortunate day, he was ready to end it all. He sent his last message ever to his father's old number.
'Ding'
'Listen kid, I don't know what you're going through but I'm sure it's very tough, however. Do NOT. End it.'
Alverton has no parents, no family members, and nothing to live for. He may be rich, but money doesn't buy happiness. Everyday seems boring and dull to him. Wake up. Work. Sleep. Repeat. Life seemed like a never ending loop of emptiness and dullness that would go on for eternity, and it swallowed him whole. Nothing seem to made him excited or care.
One day, 'Ding' someone sent him a message that wasn't business related.
After reading the message, he realised that the sender of the message, in some ways, reminded him of himself. From then on, he decided that helping the sender would be the sole purpose in life.
Alverton, a person who has no reason to live, found his Raison D'être.

He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He becomes enamored with her, feels like she was made for him while still battling the demons of his past and soon it all becomes too much for him to handle. He makes a heartbreaking decision, thinking it's what's best for both of them and everything changes.
