An OC x Izuru Kamakura story but may "branch out"

In a world where Quirks and Ultimates are always at odds (usually resulting in those with Ultimates being ostracized by those with Quirks due to their small population compared to those diagnosed without a Quirk), meet Retasu Midoriya, the half sister of Izuku Midoriya, also the info broker extraordinaire. 

What happens when the Midoriya siblings meet Hajime Hinata and his fraternal twin Izuru Kamakura and their friends? Especially when Izuru becomes close to Retasu, resulting in a bond between the two.

As their hearts and worlds collide, they soon find out that the internal war between Quirks and Ultimates causes rifts between the Midoriyas, especially when it is brought to their attention that Retasu isn't Quirkless nor does she have a Quirk, but an Ultimate instead. 

And after Retasu's close brush with death courtesy of a certain explosive ash blonde and a little blood transfusion with the Ultimate Hope himself, Retasu's topsy-turvy life is just beginning.

The class along with their parents meet them and learn that they contacted the Uchiha Brothers who are considered Gods.The Uchiha Brothers are no other than Izuku and Izuka.
