Gerard way a vampire from the late fourteenth century who was turned at the young age of seventeen years old living in a town in New Jersey called Bellevue and has to blend in with the humans in order to keep his true identity a secret from everyone but what happens when a certain human female named Raven Blackwell moves in next door and Gerard has no desire to feed from or kill her but to protect her and be with her at all times Raven Blackwell a seventeen year old girl who has always felt as if she didn't belong like a part of he was missing. What happens when Raven moves to Bellevue New Jersey and meets her mysterious next door neighbor who keeps to himself and is unusually pale and feels as if that part of her that has always been missing has been restored
