The September after the Battle of Hogwarts, the magical school reopens. The Gryffindors are victorious and rowdy, but for those who were on the losing side, life is a little harsher. Tensions run higher than ever between Gryffindor and Slytherin, and Astoria Greengrass is caught in the middle - her Slytherin tie does nothing to hide the fact that she's not as cunning or deceptive as her housemates. When she discovers that she's hosting the family blood curse, though, she'll learn some new truths about herself and the people around her.
