After Cedric's death, his sister Celia goes off the rails. She will do whatever it takes to make herself numb, so that she doesn't have to feel any more pain or deal with her emotions.

When she returns to Hogwarts after summer, her friends and teachers are all very concerned by her behaviour. Except for Dolores Umbridge who seems intent on making Celia's life even more unbearable.

Celia won't stand by and listen while the Ministry and Umbridge disrespect her brother's name by refusing to accept Voldemort's return. She will do whatever it takes to rebel against Umbridge's new regime. And she won't stop until the whole world knows how Cedric really died.
