After the tragic death of her father, Lillie has been living with her mother who only shows malice towards her. One day, as she was cleaning the attic, an old notebook fell out of one of the boxes she was carrying. When she picked it up, she noticed it was her father's secret journal that showed a map to an unknown location. This mysterious island spoke of people who were called 'benders' who were able to control elements. Lillie for some reason felt connected to what the journal said. Following this feeling, she goes to the island to discover adventures, friends, and enemies.
