Now that he finally has a moment to reflect on what Todoroki told him during the Sports Festival, Izuku realizes there's only one way to take down Endeavor.
"Midoriya? It's half past four in the morning, what the hell do you want?"
"Oh, is it really? I hadn't noticed. Anyway, if I told you I had a way to majorly fuck up your dad in the public eye, would you be okay with it?"
He paused in shock that Izuku had sworn. "...Yeah, sure, whatever. Go nuts." Todoroki hung up.

This shocked the family and they were willing to hear him out and see his change. Touya Todoroki aka Dabi is an undercover hero for the hero commission in this AU. The family is aware of him being an underground hero. Dabi did it as a form of protest against his father since he wanted him to go into the spotlight but refused and went underground heroics. The family doesn't know his undercover look or name but he does return home often when he can. (He does not have the scars permanently. They are due to a quirk that changes his looks.) As he doesn't want anyone to worry about him and his condition, he isolates himself away from everyone. Izuku notices Todoroki's change in character and decides to stick with him through it all. But it's more complicated, it's connected to his emotions, if he got to excited in any way, his whole body will catch on fire. People around him are scared of him and ridicule him for it. Even Bakugou doesn't want to be around him. He just decides to distance himself from everyone, until in the 1st grade a certain bobbed haired gravity girl greets him. This is my first fanfic. After receiving their quirks, during a traumatic experience, twins Shoto and Izuku were trained by the best of the best in order to become pro-heroes and surpass All Might. But in an act of defiance against the no. 2 hero, Izuku applies to the support class instead of the hero course. Endeavor, in a fit of rage and disappointment, makes Izuku take the entrance exam like any other kid instead of giving him a recommendation. One shouldn't overload themselves just to prove a point. Aren't there other support course students who can help him?" Iida asked standing up. Aizawa simply sighed before answering. Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might, magnetic and Izumi) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.

Speaking in an exhausted voice saying "I uh...was you know... just...in the neighborhood." 1 month before the battle between the heroes and the paranormal liberation front Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo are invited by the #1 hero Endeavor to his home to talk about the upcoming battle. But he's not the only person that would like to see him that night. Fuyumi Todoroki was also excited to see him once again. later that night both their feels would be known to one another. After the failed attempt in trying to capture Shigaraki and a near-death express at the hands of All For One. Izuku is now forced to go looking for the monster on his own. While this is happening Fuyumi is around a part of Tokyo where villains are running loose. With the city almost empty and a group of strange men quickly on her trail. Can our green-haired hero get to her in time? Or can he even look her in the eyes and tell her what's going on in his life?
