Delightfully Darcy

10 parts Ongoing

Frederica "Fritz" Darcy is a writer, famous not for her books, but for one she never wrote. When the latest Regency era revival reveals that Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice was a biography about Fritz's something-great-grandparents, Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy's historic happily-ever-after quickly becomes her worst nightmare. Paparazzi follow her everywhere hoping for the Austen-style love story of the century, everyone back home thinks she's engaged, and to make matters worse, she doesn't have a date to her mum's annual Christmas party. So when a disastrous interview with national features reporter Elias Black threatens to destroy Fritz's career, she does the only thing she can think of to save her reputation: date him. Or at least pretend to. But as fake feelings mix with real ones, their chemistry becomes undeniably, delightfully Darcy.
