its the year 2019 when giannina arrives at camp redwood, dragged by her friends, as a counselor. 

she had heard all the stories about the murders and had the worst chills all the time, but when she arrives at camp and meets another counselor - who looks straight out of the 80s - her summer takes a drastic change, and all of her worst nightmares about the camp come true.
