Just 15 Seconds.

21, but already involved in a roller coaster of emotions. Tall, but not enough to tower him. Witty, but not enough to affect him. Who knew one of their lives would be dependent on each other?

Amber Avery Lopez is a simple New Yorker and Colombian, a gold medalist in swimming, and a person who takes no bull from anyone. She lives in a modernized townhome in NYC along with her loving family consisting of her mother, father, and her irritating elder brother (as she would put it). She was blessed to never have financial problems as her father owns a simple, but significant empire. All she wants to do is get through her final year of university, but that final year was without a doubt, the most emotion-induced year she's had.

Ace William Woods, moving back to New York and transferring to another university for his final year. He isn't your typical bad boy, though. Not really. Arrogant? Most definitely. His looks have it all. His height, his physique, everything a girl would want in a boy- or a man, as he would put it. Every girl, except for Amber. Ever since their first encounter, Ace had made a bad impression on Amber, leaving her to hate him with a burning passion. Their enmity is something the university finally found interesting after years of boredom.

But what will happen after that one fateful day? Trust, betrayal.....pity?

When our lips meet, fire spreads out through my body. It's not a gentle kiss. It's a desperate one, compounded by months of longing and pain. My hands tangle in his hair as his roam my body. Everywhere he touches me, I feel an electric tingle. Wanting to be closer to him, I slip my hand under his shirt to trace his sculpted chest and the planes of his stomach. He shivers in response and helps me slide the shirt up and over his head. Our contact is broken only for the barest second, which is still too long for me. I wrap my arms around his neck as his hands slide under my shirt to rest on my hips and pull me flush against him. I kiss him fiercely, all the pent up longing I've felt driving me to press myself as close to him as possible. River is only too happy to respond to my intensity, kissing me back just as passionately. One second, we're kneeling on the bed. The next, he's flipped us over so that I'm lying underneath him, exactly where I want to be. Hoping for a life change after her mother's death, shy Brooklyn Hale moves from a small town in Oregon to Colorado to attend one of the most elite boarding schools in the country, Eastwood Academy. There, she meets notorious bad boy River St. Claire. Against her better judgment, Brooklyn finds herself drawn to him, even though from the moment they meet, Brooklyn and River cannot seem to go a day without clashing. She knows she should stay away, but his magnetic pull and deep green eyes haunt her thoughts and consume her desires. When a school project forces Brooklyn and River to work together, it seems like they might finally overcome their rough start. At first, Brooklyn is overjoyed, but when more of River's past comes to light, Brooklyn realizes that she's falling into a whirlwind vortex of secrets and drama. River might be starting to steal her heart, but will he break it? Instagram - rose_sky_miller Tik tok - rose.sky.miller

Mia Collins just wanted to get through her senior year of high school with as minimal awkward situations as possible. However, that's kind of hard to do when you have a narcissistic arch-nemesis who's hell-bent on ruining your life. From the moment he laid eyes on her, he seemed to take an immediate dislike. After all, it only took a measly few hours of knowing her for him to kick a soccer ball right at her unsuspecting 11-year-old face. Though they did not know it then, this iconic moment would mark the beginning of what felt like a lifelong feud. Six years later and their mutual hatred for one another is still very much alive and kicking. She despised him, and he despised her and that's the way it always would be. But what happens when sparks fly, and stomachs flutter? Will someone break the eternal feud? One's thing for sure- Mia will definitely not be the one to break. ----------------------------------------- If you're looking for a hilarious, light-hearted teen-fiction book, with a whole load of embarrassing situations, this is the read for you. Note: This is my first official story, feel free to give advice. I could need some. G!p Amber _________________________________________ Tara Carpenter is a young, asthmatic woman who has just graduated from Woodsboro High and has gotten a full ride, all expenses paid and apartment included, scholarship to a college in the Big Apple. Going all the way to New York, especially with her friends who are, coincidentally, going to the same college, Blackmore University is a good thing for Tara. Now, she's officially getting away from her alcoholic mother. Tara was excited to move into her new apartment that the scholarship provided, and she was even happier to meet her flatmate. Of course, she WAS happy. But once she officially got to the apartment, her mood shifted because... Amber Freeman is her flatmate... Now, dear readers, I know what you're thinking: "Why is being roommates with Amber Freeman so bad?" Well, let me tell you. Amber was Tara's worst enemy, as Amber bullied the short girl throughout middle school AND the first half of freshman year in high school. How will Tara survive being in the same apartment as her worst enemy for the rest of college? Will she be able to perhaps befriend her, and maybe something more...?
