Set a couple of decades into the future, the Libitina coroporation is a neurotechnological company, and the biggest of its kind. Located in Tokyo Japan, its main goal is to complete the link between man and machine. Recently they've released their first ever neurolink video game: Doki Doki Literature Club. A fully immersive anime-esque visual novel, utilizing the full potential of their technology. The game was released for free allowing anyone to play. This gets the attention of Martin Charon, an introverted american teen who can't get around with girls. After downloading the game, he is dissapointed to find it not working, but any attempts to delete it is futile. This all changes when he falls asleep and is transported into the world of Doki Doki Literature Club, soon getting attached to the characters. Sayori: his childhood best friend, Natsuki: a fiesty but cute girl, Yuri: an elegant maiden of mystery, and Monika: the club president. He wakes up the next morning in the real world, feeling confident and satisfied. All is going well...
but something isn't right.

DDLC || Girlfriend Scenarios xM!Reader/ OneShots
Whenever I look for Girlfriend Scenarios or Oneshots for DDLC I always find: xF!Reader or character x character. (I know there are some x Male reader or oc ones but there are VERY few.) I am in no way saying I hate it or it's a bad thing but I really want to see more on the male side but then I thought "Why not just make one?" Extra Lore: - Although this is a ddlc theme story, none of the girls are actually in the literature club. This is just a highschool love story skit system. - For each girl there is a different male partner (boyfriend) with different attributes and personality to better fit a relationship status. !! These are skits and scenarios of each Doki if they were your girlfriend, character is not a self insert and is a male character!! CHAPTER 1: * Tired from the endless cycle of deaths, and pain, MC believes it is all his fault that every one of his friends either dies or disappears. As the direct vessel of the player, he gains knowledge beyond that of even Monika. Enough to reset the world more thoroughly than Monika ever could. But at what cost? At his own cost of course. - "What if I never joined the club?" MC now holds, the pain of all the Dokis on himself, no longer bound to the player, how long can he hold on before everything collapses? Is there someone out there that can save him from his reality?* This story comes from the premise. What if MC was the one that was depressed, something that has appeared in other stories, but I felt like going a little more extreme, not sure if it has been done before. Some characters, like Sayori, may be slightly OOC, since she doesn't have depression here. CHAPTER 2: Yuri comes to terms with what she did to MC, what he did for her, and how she blames herself for the burden the boy forced himself to carry for her and the others, all while struggling to accept that it is too late for her. Lazy Literature (DDLC)
Discover the life of Lazy, a young adult in the middle of college, about to graduate. He's a simple man, spending most of his time with video games, Youtube and the occasional guitar or piano practice, only to be dropped into a literature club with nobody but cute girls being apart of.
