Peculiar?

Peculiarity. A peculiar is a child, animal or human, that is born with a certain distinctness to them. Some may be invisible, as light as air, unusually strong, or seemingly normal until you touch the back of their skull. These "traits" usually skip a generation or two and are very terrifying to normals. How do you know if your child, or you, are gifted with a peculiarity? You don't. How do peculiars deal with normals or the other way around? Again, you don't. Peculiars hide in a time loop, It's a re-run of the day the loop was set on, Nobody gets older, younger, or changes at all. It's perfect.
