The days that led up to my eighteenth birthday were definitely something I wish I could rewrite...
For years I was living this lie that I was a normal teenage girl... I had it planned. School, college, job, husband, kids. Regular hopes and dreams.
Just before my birthday, I was taken from my parents and dropped into this world where nothing makes any sense!
Everything changed. Everything I thought I knew was wrong.
Meeting a boy named Camden changed things and taught me two very unbelievable facts about my life:
1. I was adopted.
2. Werewolves aren't just part of a bedtime story...
It was a lot of change for me, I hate change, but he changed me.

I ran, and I ran, and I ran, trying to get as far away from the mansion as possible. I was too weak to shift, but my determination kept me running. The house disappeared from my line of vision, and I was soon surrounded by greens. I didn't know where I was going, and at this moment, I didn't care. I was officially a fugitive. After my escape, and yet another but brutal last year at the same high school, my school sent me their condolences and made sure to inform my future college of my past. I didn't bother to say goodbye to my "friends" or Preston, my ex. The police allowed me to change things, including changing my name & hair, but other than that, I was still me.
