"Remus... Please. It's me." I pleaded.

I watched as Remus growled but suddenly his eyes locked on mine and all of the hatred and rage was replaced with comfort and control. 

I smiled at him and his body relaxed even more to the point where he sat on the ground. 

I slowly made my way towards Remus, careful not to startle him, and plopped down right next to his enormous werewolf form. 

I placed my head against his warm body and sighed. I closed my eyes and finally, for the first time in ages, I felt like I belonged. Right here. With the boy and the moon.
